Here is what your group will do: • On your own, gather and post in your Group Work Discussion three recent strategic alliances that did not go so well. • Next, as a group choose one of the failed strategic alliances and: o Examine the reasons that led to that result. o Identify how it could have been avoided. • Prepare an executive summary of your assessment. The next time we meet as groups will be in Module 11 to work on the final project of the course.
